Let me take you behind the scenes of how I infuse my paintings with healing energies that have the power to create a positive sura in your space. This is what I do:
The result is: My artwork turns into a beautifully rendered piece that ushers in positive energies into your space and lightens up the space and your mental state.
Before I sit down to create a painting, I meditate and center my thoughts around what my client wants to manifest. Once I feel grounded and inspired, I draw free- flowing and paint incorporating Art Psychotherapy techniques & chromotherapy (healing properties of colors)
For example, if I desire to manifest spiritual wisdom, I choose a color palette ranging across blues, lilac, purple & indigo. These are known to have healing properties and invoke spirituality, wisdom, intuitive abilities, and more.
Colors are known to create a therapeutic effect on us. Every color possesses a healing property and is beautifully integrated in nature. Our 7 primary chakras, too, are aligned with healing colors found in nature.
My process is fairly simple: meditate – draw – paint with energy healing techniques & healing colors!
When I start painting, I hold the vibration for some time and then transit into the zone of painting. During this time, I stay silent. Most of my paintings can take days or weeks. Each time I work on an art piece, I start with the energy and the intention of that piece.
The key is to express your desires through art. Send its energies to the Universe & let it manifest for you!
